From there, you can write on them, sign your name, and save your written notes and signatures. Once you install Write On PDF, you’ll now be able to select it to open any PDF file. Within seconds, Write On PDF is now on your Galaxy Note 5. You need only visit the store and download the app. What is this strategy? Samsung has placed Write On PDF in the Google Play Store.
Regardless of how you feel about the significance or insignificance of carriers (the carrier model rules in the US, which is where we Verizon customers find ourselves), Samsung has a backup strategy designed to prevent carriers from removing its best features. This is where some would say, “This is why we need unlocked devices, smartphones directly from Samsung that bypass carriers.” Unfortunately, many customers can’t afford to go off-carrier, so we’d still end up at the carrier even if we purchased a model directly from Samsung (we just wouldn’t have missing features). And why did Verizon have to remove this feature anyway? Is the Note 5 not a Samsung device? I know, I know, I know. You purchased one of the best devices on the market (it still is!) but feel cheated that Write On PDF was just suddenly removed from the Note 5 without you having any say-so in the matter at all. The last thing i noticed, when i go into MyFiles - Downloads - press and hold the downloaded file then click on Details, i get a pop up, with the file name, size, last modified date, and path, the path shows: content://downloads/my_downloads.As a Verizon customer, let me say that I know how Verizon customers feel.
I also noticed when i go into my app again to redownload my invoice, a different number is assigned to the downloaded file everytime, which must mean it is somewhere in there. When i re download the file, the file disappears from the list. Tab DOWNLOAD to download the file again, or tab REMOVE to remove it from downloads. "filename" was deleted, moved, or renamed. Once the download is complete, i go into MyFiles folder and I can see the file in the downloads folder, When I click on the file, i get the following msg:
Im trying to view a PDF bill for my cellphone which I download through my cellphone provider's android app. Hey everyone, I have tried to look up a solution for my question but gave up after 4 hours haha.
